Comment deadline on ACP’s request to extend construction to 2022!
ACP’s construction window, as outlined in FERC’s certificate, is set to expire in Oct. 2020. Legal challenges caused by Duke and Dominion’s rushed permitting process have completely halted construction, and developers are still missing 8 permits!
Tell FERC to DENY ACP’s request! This is our chance to stop this unneeded, unjust project that will devastate our most vulnerable communities and water sources.
