EPA Virtual Hearings on Proposed Coal Ash Rollbacks – Part B

April 7 & 9, 9:00 AM: Virtual EPA Hearings on Coal Ash Rollbacks

The Coal Ash Permitting Proposal, or Part B, will expose more Americans to hazardous pollution from coal ash, including to carcinogens like arsenic, hexavalent chromium and radium.

While many Americans are home caring for themselves and their loved ones, the EPA is weakening rules and suspending enforcement allowing utilities and industry polluters to endanger public health and the environment for an undetermined length of time. Tell EPA to halt their plans and give us all a chance for meaningful public participation once this crisis is over.
