Virtual Public Hearings for Duke Energy’s Integrated Resource Plan have been rescheduled for 6PM on the following dates!

April 14th & 19th
May 5th, 12th, 17th, 26th

NO new speakers can sign up, but over 200 speakers have signed up to give comment. Each speaker will have 5 minutes and will be assigned to a certain date. If you were not able to sign up but would like to watch, it will be streamed on YouTube. There will be a link available on the NCUC website on day of each hearing.

Members of the public may also comment on the utilities’ IRPs by sending the Commission an email here, or by sending a letter to the address below. In either case, commenters should put Docket No. E-100 Sub 165 in the subject line of their communications, and within several days the comments will become part of the official record in this proceeding.
