NC Oil & Gas Commissioners’ Meeting: Keep NC Frackfree
Right now, until Nov. 9, NC’s Oil & Gas Commission is reviewing and accepting comments on the state’s oil and gas rules, including on fracking. North Carolina is still frack-free thanks to these current strong rules in place; it’s important that the Commission keeps it that way!
Join the next Oil and Gas Commissioners meeting on November 4th at 9 a.m. to learn more and speak up for implementing even stronger protections. If you live in a county that’s vulnerable to fracking (including Lee, Chatham and Moore counties) and possibly the Dan River sub-basin (including Stokes and Rockingham counties). It’s important to attend.
