The Durham City Council will have their final vote on an extended data center moratorium. Public comments are encouraged! City Council will vote to approve the text amendment deleting local restrictions on moratoria, and they will vote on a new, longer data center moratorium. We are staying strong in our demand for the 32-month maximum length (which has been upheld in the Supreme Court) and one without loopholes! Turn out to support and give public comment!
