Special Stokes Planning Board Meeting to Discuss Zoning Text on Data Centers

The Stokes County Planning Board will hold a special public meeting to consider proposed text amendments to the Stokes County Zoning Ordinance and to formulate recommendations to the Stokes County Board of Commissioners.
The Board will consider a zoning text amendment that will determine how future data centers are regulated in Stokes County. To our knowledge, no voting will be done on Project Delta Data Center at this meeting. However, it’s important to attend and voice concerns in a public comment!
